The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Castilla-La Mancha has published the official school calendar for the 2025-2026 academic year, applicable to non-university education.

Start and end of course:

• Classes will begin on September 8, 2025.

• They will end on June 17, 2026 for most courses.

Key dates:

• Teaching Day: November 14, 2025.

• Regional non-teaching days: October 31, 2025 and January 7, 2026.

• Free days: February 16 and 17, 2026 (may vary depending on the province).

Other teachings:

• The regional preschools will operate from September 8, 2025 to July 24, 2026.

• Virtual Vocational Training will begin on October 13, 2025.

• Language courses will be held from September 24, 2025 to June 17, 2026.

• Elementary and professional Music and Dance courses will run from September 8, 2025 to June 10, 2026.

This calendar has been agreed upon with the educational community and includes common criteria to guarantee quality and pedagogical coherence in all centers in the region.
