The IES Antonio Calvín de Almagro is the only educational center in Castilla la Mancha that teaches courses in the professional family of Wood and Furniture, at the three educational levels that guarantee the complete training of students and their preparation for the world of work or continuation in higher level studies .

Dual Vocational Training allows students to receive training directly in companies within the sector from the first year of each educational level. This approach fosters the involvement of both the business community in the sector and the students themselves.

The employment rate for graduates of this professional field is 100%, thanks to training provided in European workplaces through the European Union's Erasmus+ program. We currently have agreements with educational institutions in France, Germany, and Serbia.

The center promotes advanced work methods with state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, and faculty, utilizing the latest advancements in automated manufacturing systems such as CNC, 3D printing, laser engraving and cutting, virtual reality simulation, and professional design software like AutoCAD, Aspire, TwinCam, and Inventor . We offer training in Teowin, a comprehensive design and management suite for industries in the sector.
